What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

All products are made to order.  Please allow 1-3 business days for production time, and an additional 2-5 business days for shipping.  

Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at support@mrqstees.com

Why did I receive only part of my order?

We work with several vendors, some of whom have multiple locations. To deliver your items as efficiently as possible, your purchases may arrive in separate packages.

Can I have this design on that product?

Special orders don’t upset us! We will do our best to accommodate any request.

Where was this made?

Virtually everything delivered to a US address was printed in the USA. To best serve our customers world-wide, we also work with quality printing shops with international locations.

REFUND/Return POLICY

Because our items are made to order at the time the order is placed certain conditions apply for a refund.

If you have issues or problems with your item, you must contact us via email within 72 hours of the item being delivered to your address. 

1. Returns are accepted for damaged items, either the product itself or the print aesthetic.
2. Size exchanges or returns, because you changed your mind, are not available. This is because everything is made to order. We do not keep inventory on hand so therefore there are no items to be exchanged. However, if you were sent the wrong size from what was ordered then an exchange will be processed. 
3. After contacting us, we will walk you through the steps to ship the item back to us. Once received and the condition verified a refund will be processed. 

 Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order within 24 hours before it ships

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at support@mrqstees.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
